You can order Footlogics on-line from our webshop. You can use your credit/debit card, your Paypal account or make a direct deposit.
Simply call us on 1300 788 119 to place your order. Our offices are open from Mon-Fri during office hours. Please have your credit/debit card ready when you call. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you have any general questions or need help, please don't hesitate to call us.
Footlogics orthotics are available from X-Small to X-Large, covering all men's and women's shoe sizes from children's sizes to Australian 14. Please check our Sizing Guide to determine which size Footlogics is the correct one for you.
Please note that the Sizing Guide for the Footlogics full-length orthotics (Plantar Fasciitis, Comfort, Sports, Sensi and Football) is slightly different from the sizing for our 3/4-length orthotics (Casual and Catwalk).
The full-length model (Footlogics Comfort) can be trimmed to size with normal scissors in case the insoles are too long for your shoes. In most cases this won't be necessary and the insole should fit perfectly into your footwear, without any trimming.
Please remove any existing innersoles from your shoes, before placing Footlogics orthotics inside them. It may take a few days to get used to Footlogics orthotics. You can break them in by only wearing the orthotics for 1-2 hours a day, gradually increasing the number of hours of wear every day.
For your convenience, Footlogics Australia offers five different payment solutions.
1) Credit/Debit card: pay with your VISA, Mastercard or Amex, 100% secure (see below for more details about Internet Security)
3) Bank transfer: Simply place your order in the Footlogics webshop and choose the third payment option (pay by Direct Deposit). Please e-mail us, after you have made your EFT (electronic funds transfer), so we can look out for your payment.

5) Australia Post Money order: same procedure as above
Your order will be shipped immediately via Australia Post eParcel. Our Postage and Handling is only $4.95 anywhere in Australia. We offer FREE shipping for order of 2 pairs or more. Please note a signature is required on receipt of your order.
You may also have the orthotics sent to your work addres. Please ensure you provide us with the name of your company or organisation, not just their address. This will make it much easier for Australia Post to find you.
All orders received before 4.30 pm will despatched the same day!
When you purchase Footlogics orthotics your walking comfort is guaranteed! If our product does not provide you with the level of comfort you expected, please return the goods within 90 days of purchase (with your receipt) and we will refund your money in full, no questions asked.
Even if you have worn the product for a while and/or have trimmed the insoles with scissors, you will still be able to receive a full refund. As soon as we have received the orthotics back from you, we will send you a cheque or transfer the funds into your bank account, if you wish.
